Our Pricing — Wholesale for Everyone

Most water filter retail in Australia hides the real price behind quotes, trade logins, and "call for pricing" pages. We do not. The price on every product page is the price every customer pays — homeowner, tradie, commercial buyer, or repeat installer. One price for everyone, up front, no negotiation.

Why we do it this way

Pricing in this industry is usually a layered exercise. There is a list price for retail customers, a discounted price for trade customers (gated behind an application), and a further-discounted price for high-volume buyers (negotiated case by case). Each layer requires the customer to identify themselves before the supplier reveals what they will charge.

We skip all of that. Every customer gets the wholesale price. We make our margin on volume rather than on the spread between retail and trade pricing.

What it means for tradies

You do not need an account to get trade pricing. You do not need to apply, send your ABN, prove your trade volume, or wait for approval. You see the price, you order, you get the same wholesale rate as everyone else. No paperwork.

What it means for homeowners

You are not paying a retail markup that subsidises trade discounts. The price you see is the price the plumbing-supply store would charge a regular customer, minus the regular retailer's margin. For most products this is 30–50% below mainstream retail.

You also do not need to lie about being a tradie to get the trade price. You do not need to know an installer who will buy on your behalf. The price is the price.

No quotes

We do not provide custom quotes. The price on the page is the only price we offer. If you need a system specification we do not list, contact us and we will tell you which products fit your requirements — at the prices on the page.

No price-matching

We do not match prices against other retailers. Our wholesale pricing is already below most retail competitors; matching a competitor who is selling below cost (clearance, end-of-line, grey market) is not a sustainable model. If you find a lower price elsewhere on a comparable product, we are glad it worked out for you. We will be here when you need a replacement cartridge.
