Bubbler Replacement Cartridge | Carbon CTO + Sediment

An inline replacement cartridge for the bubbler and water-cooler range — combining a polypropylene (PP) sediment stage and a CTO carbon block stage in the standard 10" × 2.5" format used across the line. When the water in your bubbler starts tasting flat, smelling chlorinated, or running off-colour, this is the part you change.

What Each Stage Does

The PP sediment stage is the workhorse: it captures rust, sand, silt, and any particulate that has made it past the home or building's mains filtration. By doing that work first, it stops sediment from prematurely loading the carbon stage downstream, which is what extends overall cartridge life.

The CTO carbon block stage then handles the chemistry — chlorine, chloramine residue, taste, and odour. "CTO" stands for chlorine, taste, and odour, which is exactly what carbon block is best at. The dense carbon block structure provides longer water-to-media contact time than granular carbon at the same flow rate, which is why CTO blocks are the standard for point-of-use polishing.

Designed for the Enviro Aqua filtered bubbler and cooler range using 10" × 2.5" cartridges. If your bubbler's housing accepts a 10" × 2.5" cartridge — and the vast majority of residential and small-commercial bubblers do — this is a direct fit.

When to Replace

For most installations, every 6–12 months is the right interval. Heavier-traffic commercial bubblers running through a working day will lean toward 6 months; a quiet residential cooler in a small office can stretch closer to 12. If the water starts tasting like the pre-filter water again — or if flow at the bubbler drops noticeably — change sooner.
