What 'Rimless' Actually Means

Traditional toilets have a rim under the bowl that water flushes from — and underneath that rim, there's a hidden cavity that's almost impossible to clean. Bacteria, grime, and mineral buildup accumulate in that cavity over years, and no amount of scrubbing reaches the worst of it.

A rimless design does away with the under-rim cavity entirely. Water enters the bowl from a higher, exposed flow channel that you can see and clean. The result:

• No hidden surfaces for bacteria to colonise
• Easier and faster cleaning — every wettable surface is visible and accessible
• Better long-term hygiene without aggressive cleaning chemicals
• Flushed appearance that looks newer for longer

Back-to-Wall Design

The back-to-wall design hides the plumbing connections inside the wall cavity rather than exposing them behind the bowl. The toilet sits flush against the wall with no visible cistern feed pipes — cleaner visual, easier cleaning around the base, and a more contemporary look than the older detached-cistern format.

Soft-Close Seat

The soft-close seat hinge mechanism stops the lid and seat from slamming down when released. Three practical effects:

• No noise — the seat lowers silently regardless of how it's released
• No damage — slammed seats crack porcelain over time; soft-close eliminates that wear
• No pinched fingers — relevant in households with young children

Water Efficiency

WELS 4-star rated with a dual flush system delivering 4.5 L full flush and 3 L half flush — well below the older 9 L/4.5 L single-flush standard, with no compromise on flushing performance.

• P-trap: 180 mm centre height (the standard for wall-exit plumbing)
• S-trap: 100 / 250 mm centre offset (for floor-exit plumbing)
