Shipping & Delivery
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday from our Wyong NSW warehouse on the Central Coast. Tracked shipping on every order, with no signature required by default.
Seven shipping tiers
Each product is assigned a tier based on its size, weight, and freight profile. The tier is shown on every product page above the description.

Express is offered on T1–T4 only. Pallet freight has no overnight equivalent.
Free Click & Collect from Wyong
Pick up your order in person from our Wyong NSW showroom and skip the shipping fee on every tier — including freight-quoted items.

- Ready in ~2 hours during business hours. We email or text you when the order is ready for collection.
- No appointment needed — just come in during open hours.
Dispatch times
- Orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day → ship the same business day.
- Orders placed after 12pm AEST, on weekends, or on Australian public holidays → ship the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email when the order is placed, and a second email with the tracking link when the parcel is collected by the carrier.
Pallet freight by zone (T6)
Commercial RO plants, 50L+ pressure tanks, and dosing tanks ship by pallet. Three flat rates by destination state, shown at checkout once you enter your address:
- $99 — NSW and ACT (3–5 business days)
- $179 — Victoria, Queensland, South Australia (5–8 business days)
- $249 — WA, Tasmania, NT (5–8 business days)
Click & Collect only (T7)
Toilets and complete bathroom packages are available only for Click & Collect from our Wyong NSW showroom. These items don't ship because of fragility, size, and the complexity of bathroom-set logistics. Call (02) 8772 8162 if you need one of these items and can't pick up — we can sometimes arrange a courier on a case-by-case basis.
Damaged or missing parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and contents before unpacking further and contact us within 14 days. If a parcel is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, check with neighbours and authorised receivers first; if you still cannot find it, contact us with your order number and we will lodge a trace with the carrier. Most "missing" parcels turn up within a few days.
Frequently asked questions
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after 12pm, on weekends, or on Australian public holidays ship the next business day. You will receive a tracking link by email when the parcel is collected.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is 2–5 business days to most Australian addresses. Express is 1–2 business days on tiers T1–T4 (parcel items). Sydney metro and the Central Coast are usually at the fast end of that range; remote WA, NT, and far-north QLD addresses are at the slow end. Whole-house systems and other freight items take 3–10 business days depending on state. The tracking link gives a per-leg ETA once the parcel ships.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes, for most products. Standard tiered shipping rates Australia-wide from $9.95. Whole-house Big Blue systems, UV systems, freestanding coolers, and other large items ship free Australia-wide on our free-freight tier. Commercial RO plants, 50L+ tanks, and dosing tanks ship by pallet at three flat rates by destination state: $99 to NSW and ACT; $179 to Victoria, Queensland and South Australia; $249 to WA, Tasmania and NT. Pallet freight is 3–8 business days. Toilets and complete bathroom packages are pickup-only from our Wyong NSW showroom — call us if you need a courier arranged.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship within Australia only. Orders to overseas addresses (including New Zealand) cannot be processed at this time.
Can I pick up locally?
Yes. Click & Collect from our Wyong NSW showroom (6/45 Amsterdam Cct) is free on every order, including freight-quoted items. Orders placed during business hours are usually ready within two hours; we will email or text you when yours is ready. Showroom hours are Mon–Fri 9am – 5pm AEST.
